CAREER SYNOPSIS

I work as HSSE Specialist, Advisor in Oil, Gas field, Gold Mines, Dredging, Marine Projects, Construction Mega projects filled role in Supervision, Team Leading, Assistant Management level, Direct Project Field Management level. I'm specialist in Evaluating Risks, creating risk assessment, Job safety analysis, procedures, policies, emergency plans, Safety management systems, rescue plans, lifting plans, focusing on human behavior, safety culture to ensure Zero accident criteria, carried Audits, Inspections internal and external over 12 year experience in Health, Safety, Security & Environment especially in Oil, Gas field On-shore & Off-shore with different respectful international, multinational companies (SNOC, ENI, Saipem, BP, PHPCO, Subsea 7, One Subsea, Schlumberger, Halliburton, Weatherford, Capital Drilling, MIswaco, MATCOW, RINA, ENNPI, EMC, Petro bell, Petro jet) which provided to me the opportunity to gain value, experience in construction megaprojects Construction & Drilling also served in different types of Vessels (Jack up, Semi-Submersible, Drill ships, Service Vessels, Umbilical cables laydown vessels, Dredges, Pipeline laying Vessels, ROV vessles, Dredgers operation). EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE, DUTIES AND TASKS

On-Shore Drilling
2022 - Supervising Rig-up activities related to HSE concerns, managing SIMOPS
- Maintain compliance with local and international HSE laws, regulations and standards.
On-Shore Drilling
2021 - Monitor the rig personnel for needed HSE training.
- Support the rig departments with their HSE MS, following

2021 - Promote HSE on site, motivate personnel to safe behavior and organize information campaigns.
- Perform hygiene inspections at the camp and rig site.
Off-Shore Drilling/Workover
2021 - Ensure that all activities on the platform are carried out in a safe manner and adherence to Company safety policy, statutory regulations, and guidelines.
- Responsible for finalizing Stop cards, hazard observation, near mess, incidents to evaluate and provide hazard indicators coming from the results of crew stop cards observation to prevent occurring to accidents.
Off-Shore Drilling/Workover
2020 - Ensuring that communication with Clients, sub-contractors carried on behalf of the official bridging documents.
- Taking part in emergency drills exercise with Rig management evaluate and measure the crew respond and improvement level comparing with the previous drills & documenting the results.

2019 - Carry out any in-house safety-related training.
- Ensure that any learning points are communicated to line management and workforce.
ATOLL Development Mega project (On-Shore, Off-Shore)
2018 - Representing the Client BP & PHPCO HSE, working with different contractors (Subsea7, 1 Subsea, PMS, ENNPI, Petro jet, EMC, Halliburton, Weatherford, SAPESCO, EGESCO, and EPESCO) to arrange & implementing PTW, R.A & JSA.
- Responsible to deliver instructions to 22 persons in my HSE team members

2017 - Supervising pipe laydown & umbilical cable lay down with Subsea 7, & One subsea Companies through Seven Navica, Seven Viking, Seven Waves Rigs & Vessels
- Following activities offshore on Platforms, Drill-Ship (Olympus), Semisubmersible Rigs also onshore activities progress safety statistics, client safety progress, procedures review & implementation.

2016 - Responsible for organizing safety training to the workforce on the use of safety equipment and safe job practices.
- Responsible to check whether the contractors have all valid certificates of equipment/competency.
PHPC Gas Plant Shutdown & Upgrade
2016 - Following shutdown activities progress in Offshore platforms as per shutdown plan
- Attending daily meeting with contractors HSE Rep to discuss activities and necessary precautions
By-Pass Gas Pipe Line Onshore
2016 - 2015 - Follow up the construction activities to works in extraordinary condition, nondestructive testing, hydro test activities under high voltage electric equipment or under transmission
- Attending HSE meetings with effective area authorities (UGDC, GASCO, GAPCO, and PETROBELL) to set HSE goals and stander for each company.
